Data Processing Methods

Recipients or Categories of Recipients of the personal data

Moreover, data collected through the use of cookies on your terminal can be processed by the following recipients or categories of recipients:

  • Companies which provide services connected to data processing purposes described in this Privacy Notice, subjects and companies involved in management and / or maintenance of websites and electronic and / or telematic tools, appointed as Processor pursuant to Art. 28 of Regulation, through a Data Processor Agreement, providing information related to instructions and security measured to be adopted by Processor;

Transfers of Personal Data to Third Countries

Management and storage of personal data shall be in servers of Data Controller or third party appointed as Data Processor, located in European Union. Data are not transferred outside European Union. However, the Controller has the right to change the servers’ location inside the European Union and/or in Countries Extra-UE. In the latter case, the Controller assures that Extra-UE data transfer shall be in full compliance with articles 44 and following of the Regulation, and will provide appropriate safeguards by contractual clauses between the Controller and the recipient of the personal data in the third country which include a description of adequate security measures.

Stored period of personal data

Data collected will be stored in accordance with the applicable legislation according to one of the following criteria:

  • for no more than the period necessary according to data processing purposes . If you refuse to consent to cookies, your data will be deleted;
  • for a period of time not exceeding that required for the fulfillment of regulatory obligations.

Data Subject Rights (Art. 15,16, 17, 18, 20 e 21 of Regulation)

We inform you that at any time in relation to your data, you can exercise the rights under articles 15, 16, 17, 18, 20 and 21 of the GDPR.

In order to exercise your rights, please contact the data Controller with a written, dated and signed request, sent to the company's attention, at the following address privacy@alfasigma.com.The company shall provide information on action taken on a request under Articles 15 to 22 to the data subject without undue delay and in any event within one month of receipt of the request. That period may be extended by two further months where necessary, taking into account the complexity and number of the requests. The company shall inform the data subject of any such extension within one month of receipt of the request, together with the reasons for the delay.
